Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client
Cancellation charges depend on:
- Airline fare rules
- Hotel cancellation policies
- Local supplier conditions
- Type of journey (bespoke / group / luxury)
Details will be communicated at the time of booking.
2. Refund Processing
If eligible, refunds will be:
- Processed via the original mode of payment
- Initiated within 7–10 business days after approval
- Subject to supplier processing timelines
Actual credit timelines depend on the bank/payment gateway and may take 5–15 additional working days.
TRAVELTRIBE™ is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
3. Non-Refundable Components
The following are typically non-refundable:
- Promotional airline tickets
- Visa processing fees
- Service fees
- Peak-season deposits
- Special event tickets
These will be clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to utilise booked services without prior cancellation may result in:
- Full forfeiture of booking amount
- No refund eligibility
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:
- TRAVELTRIBE™ reserves the right to suspend ongoing services
- All booking documentation will be submitted to the payment gateway as evidence
- Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution before initiating a chargeback.
6. Cancellation by TRAVELTRIBE™
In rare cases where we must cancel services:
- A refund (excluding non-refundable supplier charges) will be processed
- Alternative arrangements may be offered where possible
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
