1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Receipt of required deposit/full payment
- Written confirmation from TRAVELTRIBE™
Until payment is received and confirmed, services remain subject to availability.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in INR (unless otherwise specified).
- Prices are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
- Currency fluctuations may affect pricing until full payment is made.
Payment may be made via:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Wallets
- Bank Transfers
All online payments are processed via secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, CCAvenue, Easebuzz).
3. Payment Security
TRAVELTRIBE™ does not store card or banking credentials.
All payment data is securely processed by the payment gateway provider.
4. Amendments
Changes after confirmation may incur:
- Airline amendment fees
- Hotel modification fees
- Service charges
All amendments are subject to supplier terms.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Required visas
- Travel insurance
- Compliance with destination regulations
Visa assistance provided by TRAVELTRIBE™ does not guarantee visa approval.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Airline cancellations
- Political unrest
- Pandemic events
Supplier policies shall apply in such cases.
