1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of required deposit/full payment
  • Written confirmation from TRAVELTRIBE™

Until payment is received and confirmed, services remain subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in INR (unless otherwise specified).
  • Prices are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
  • Currency fluctuations may affect pricing until full payment is made.

Payment may be made via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Wallets
  • Bank Transfers

All online payments are processed via secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, CCAvenue, Easebuzz).

3. Payment Security

TRAVELTRIBE™ does not store card or banking credentials.

All payment data is securely processed by the payment gateway provider.

4. Amendments

Changes after confirmation may incur:

  • Airline amendment fees
  • Hotel modification fees
  • Service charges

All amendments are subject to supplier terms.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients must ensure:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Required visas
  • Travel insurance
  • Compliance with destination regulations

Visa assistance provided by TRAVELTRIBE™ does not guarantee visa approval.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Airline cancellations
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemic events

Supplier policies shall apply in such cases.
