Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

Cancellation charges depend on:

  • Airline fare rules
  • Hotel cancellation policies
  • Local supplier conditions
  • Type of journey (bespoke / group / luxury)

Details will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Refund Processing

If eligible, refunds will be:

  • Processed via the original mode of payment
  • Initiated within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Subject to supplier processing timelines

Actual credit timelines depend on the bank/payment gateway and may take 5–15 additional working days.

TRAVELTRIBE™ is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Promotional airline tickets
  • Visa processing fees
  • Service fees
  • Peak-season deposits
  • Special event tickets

These will be clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to utilise booked services without prior cancellation may result in:

  • Full forfeiture of booking amount
  • No refund eligibility

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:

  • TRAVELTRIBE™ reserves the right to suspend ongoing services
  • All booking documentation will be submitted to the payment gateway as evidence
  • Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution before initiating a chargeback.

6. Cancellation by TRAVELTRIBE™

In rare cases where we must cancel services:

  • A refund (excluding non-refundable supplier charges) will be processed
  • Alternative arrangements may be offered where possible

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
